Launched just before the festive season, our new double act of Gordon’s Pink Gin (37.5% ABV) and Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur (20% ABV) has now become a trio, with the addition of Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Liqueur (20% ABV) – all hailing from Scotland.
Both Edinburgh Gin liqueur offerings are made in Scotland’s capital city.
Perthshire is celebrated for producing the most flavoursome soft fruit, and the raspberries for the liqueur come from a family-owned farm in Alyth, Blairgowrie.
The team at the distillery infuses the freshly picked fruit into its classic Edinburgh Gin, leaving the berries to macerate for a month to extract maximum flavour, producing an intensely fruity liqueur, packed with the summer’s juiciest raspberries.
A mainstay of kitchen gardens across Scotland and intensely flavoured, rhubarb is the ideal ingredient for a sweet gin liqueur.
Freshly picked spring-crop rhubarb is spiked with oriental ginger and infused with the classic Edinburgh Gin.
The fruit and spice are left to steep for four weeks, allowing the complex flavours to marry and produce a fruity drink, balanced by a delicate warmth and spicy finish.
Gordon’s Pink Gin (37.5% ABV), from Fife, is inspired by an original Gordon’s recipe from the 1880s and is proving a resounding hit with gin-lovers at Wetherspoon.
The premium pink distilled gin is perfectly crafted to balance the refreshing taste of Gordon’s with the natural sweetness of raspberries and strawberries, together with the tang of redcurrants, served up in a unique blushing tone.
It is made using only natural fruit flavours and a subtle touch of juniper – to guarantee the highest-quality real berry taste.
Be tickled pink at Wetherspoon, with one of our three fabulous new pink gins.
